1. Introduction and who we are

Welcome to abdulosama.com and Learn with Abdul Osama (learn.abdulosama.com). The website, the platform and the courses are run and sold by Shobly Limited, of which Abdul Osama is part. By using the website or buying a course you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

These Terms are available in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country says otherwise.

2. Your account

• One account per person.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, such as your name, email and phone number.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity on it.
• If you notice unauthorised use of your account, tell us straight away.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.

3. Course access and licence

• Buying a course gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch that course, with lifetime access for as long as the platform operates.
• Buying one course does not give access to other current or future courses.
• Courses are for personal use: you may apply what you learn in your work, but you may not resell, distribute, broadcast or record the content.

4. Sharing

• Limited sharing with close family and friends is allowed.
• If content is shared more widely than that, we may close your account without a refund.

5. Immediate access — all sales are final

Courses are digital content that opens for you as soon as you pay. Before paying you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal (14 days for consumers in the EU and the UK) ends as soon as access starts; we confirm this in writing in your purchase receipt. Therefore all sales are final and no refund is due once access has started.

• Before activation: if your course has not been activated yet (for example while an InstaPay transfer is being checked), you can cancel the order and get your money back.
• Payment errors: if you were charged twice by mistake, we refund the extra payment.
• A technical fault on our side: if you cannot access the course because of a problem on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, we refund you.
• This section does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

6. Prices, payment and taxes

• Card payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Shobly Limited. We never see or store your card details.
• InstaPay (Egypt only): the transfer details are shown when you choose this method; the course is activated once the transfer is verified.
• Prices are shown in the currency for your country and may differ by location. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
• Where VAT or a sales tax on digital products applies in your country, it is calculated and shown clearly before you pay.
• Special offers from our sales team are valid only until the expiry shown on the offer.

7. Intellectual property

• All content on the website and the platform — videos, text, images, learning materials and the “Abdul Osama” name — is owned by or licensed to Shobly Limited and protected by intellectual property law.
• No part of it may be copied, redistributed or published without our prior written permission.

8. The AI assistant (Abdul AI)

• The text and voice chat on the website is run by artificial intelligence, not by Abdul in person. Its answers are for guidance only, may contain mistakes, and are not advice or a binding offer of any price or date.
• Do not share sensitive data in the chat (such as passwords or card details).

9. Disclaimer

• The courses are practical educational content, not accredited academic programmes.
• We work to keep the information accurate and current, but tools change quickly and mistakes can happen.
• Your use of AI and its tools is at your own responsibility; we do not guarantee any financial or business result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shobly Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are published here with a new date. Changes never reduce your rights in a course bought before the change.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows. We always prefer to settle any problem amicably — please contact us first.
